The normal flow

Waiting for deposit
The one-time address is ready and the deposit window is counting down.

Confirming
Your deposit was seen on-chain and is waiting for network confirmations.

Exchanging
The first exchange is swapping your deposit.
4
Anonymizing
Private route only: funds reached the intermediary, and a second, unrelated exchange swaps them and sends the payout.

Complete
Delivered to your recipient address. The order page links the payout transaction.

Status	What it means
Expired	No deposit arrived before the deadline. Nothing was swapped; start a new swap for a fresh quote and address.
Refunded	The funds were returned to your refund address.
Failed	The swap couldn’t complete. If your deposit arrived, contact support with your order ID so the funds can be recovered.
